Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping fee of 4.90 € per order.

We offer free shipping on orders totaling €150.00 or more. If the order total subsequently falls below €150.00 due to a partial refund, we reserve the right to charge the shipping fee of €4.90 retroactively and deduct it from the refund amount.

International Shipments:

We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows:

Austria: 9.90 EUR
Switzerland: 10 CHF

For deliveries to Switzerland, the shipment is net (excluding German VAT). Upon import into Switzerland, the buyer may be required to pay Swiss VAT and, if applicable, customs duties to the postal service or parcel carrier.

Delivery Times

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, domestic (Germany) deliveries are made within 3–5 business days, and international deliveries within 5–7 business days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
