The Boa® Fit System
The BOA twist lock was invented in 2001 as a quick lacing system for snowboard boots and offers optimally tailored fit solutions. With an ingenious cable guide and the finely adjustable twist lock, the Boa Fit System allows the shaft construction of a shoe to be quickly and easily adapted to the foot. We have integrated Boa technology into our VADO children's shoe collection since 2017.

The BOA® Fit System consists of three essential components:
- a dial for micro-adjustment
- lightweight yet strong laces, and
- low-friction lace guides
These are arranged in unique configurations to optimize the shoe's fit and performance. All components of the BOA® Fit System undergo intensive testing under extreme conditions. Both the dial and the laces are covered by the lifetime BOA® guarantee.
